Custom Initials & Date Embroidered Hoodie

This hoodie carries two pieces of your own text. On the left chest, up to four initials in block capitals: your own, a couple’s (“J+M”), or a family’s. On the left sleeve, an optional date in any format you like — “06.14.2025”, “EST 2019” or “SUMMER 24” — stitched in a single line running down the sleeve.

The initials are required; the sleeve date is optional and adds a small charge only when you fill it in. Choose one thread colour for both. The live preview shows the initials on the product photo as you type.
